• With a strong emphasis on gender justice and equality, the WDC strives to create meaningful opportunities for women to participate fully and confidently in academic, cultural, administrative, and leadership spheres.
• Through awareness programmes, workshops, and interactive sessions, the Cell enlightens the campus community about women’s rights, relevant legal frameworks, and the importance of mutual respect and gender sensitivity.
• Recognizing that empowerment also encompasses physical and emotional well-being, the WDC actively promotes awareness of women’s health and hygiene, encouraging informed choices and healthy lifestyles.
• It serves as a compassionate and confidential platform for addressing concerns and grievances, ensuring that every voice is heard and every issue is resolved with fairness, sensitivity, and integrity.
